Asbed Chahbazian

Asbed has over 18 years of experience in tax and tax law. He has held various positions in international tax departments in Belgium and in Luxembourg. He is a tax lawyer and member of the Belgium and Luxembourg bar.
Asbed acts mainly on M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, advising on Luxembourg and international tax law aspects.
He provides advice to clients in connection with their international tax planning, corporate reorganizations and in the context of tax audits.
He also assists family holding vehicles and private clients, such as entrepreneurs or top executives on wealth management structures.
Prior to joining Andersen Luxembourg in 2017, Asbed practiced for several years at major law firms. He has also worked in the international tax department of a Big4 advisory firm.
